Little Red Rodeo

Spring Break was pretty laid back around here, no big trips or anything! Grandma and Aunt Leslie came for the week so the boys had a great time hanging out with them while Mommy & Daddy got some work done for a change and also enjoyed some time away!

I went shopping ALL day Monday & Tuesday with my mom and sisters! We got alot of great Easter stuff but wore ourselves out in the process! Aaron and I went to see a movie Wednesday night, for like the 1st time in who knows how long!

Thursday night, we took Grandma & Aunt Leslie to Old Settlers Park to see the bluebonnets where we had our pictures made last spring (but they were non-existent this time) and to eat at the newly opened Salt Lick at Dell Diamond (delicious as usual).

Grandma & Aunt Leslie left Friday morning so it was back to our little famlily of 4 at that point! Anderson and I went to The Little Gym on Friday morning and ever since that time, we have pretty much been glued to the TV for March Madness, except for Saturday morning when we took the boys to the Austin Rodeo for a few hours!

We went out there with another family from church to see one of our youth and her grandmother work the cattle show! We had a blast seeing the huge longhorns, petting a variety of animals, sitting on tractors, and watching the pig races!

Today after church we went to the park with several other families for lunch, the weather has been so nice lately! By the way, EJ learned a new trick this week...Mommy taught him how to give high-five! Hope everyone had a wonderful break, too bad it is back to the grind again!
